Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

1. Click: Meets and Events tab.
2. Click: Green JOB SIGNUP OPEN tab for the meet you want to sign up.
3. Click: Green SIGN-UP FOR JOBS tab for either Parent’s name.

Note:

• The list has choices for 1st Half and 2nd Half roles.
• The user can view how many openings have been filled.
• The application will block trying to select multiple 1st or 2nd Half roles.

Click: SAVE ASSIGNMENTS to finish your selection.
Note:

• Failure to click “SAVE ASSIGNMENTS” will lose your choices.

You can sign up for all swim meets at the beginning of the season or sign up week by week.

The deadline for volunteer sign up is 5pm on the Sunday before the dual meet.

If you have not volunteered for a role by that time the Volunteer Coordinator will assign your role.
